About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI technology company headquartered in New York City, working with global enterprise customers across manufacturing, logistics, and construction. Their mission is to simplify complex operational systems by building intelligent, enterprise-grade automation platforms powered by AI, real-time data, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Backed by strong early funding and enterprise adoption, the company is building next-generation orchestration technology that enables businesses to design, automate, and execute sophisticated workflows at scale.
About the Role
We are seeking a Platform Engineer (Full-Stack) to help architect, build, and scale a powerful workflow orchestration platform used by large enterprise customers.
In this role, you will work across the full stack—designing backend services, orchestration engines, and modern web interfaces that enable users to visually create and manage AI-driven workflows. You’ll contribute to highly distributed, secure, and performance-critical systems operating across multi-cloud environments.
This is a high-impact role for engineers who enjoy deep technical challenges, systems thinking, and building platforms from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance a visual workflow orchestration platform supporting mission-critical enterprise operations
- Develop scalable backend services using Go, Gin, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Implement job scheduling, event-driven workflows, and real-time data pipelines
- Design and maintain modern frontend experiences using Next.js and TypeScript
- Ensure system reliability through security-first development, observability, and high availability practices
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver seamless automation experiences
- Support deployment and scalability across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
What You’ll Bring
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with Go, TypeScript, React, and modern web frameworks
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems
- Hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code workflows
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled platforms, workflow automation, or LLM integrations
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring at scale
Nice to Have:
- Experience with vector databases, orchestration engines, or visual programming tools
- Exposure to real-time systems or AI-driven automation platforms
Tech Environment
Go, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, GCP, and Azure
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Join an AI-first startup with strong funding and enterprise traction
- Work on a core platform that directly impacts large-scale industrial operations
- Collaborate with a small, senior, and highly technical engineering team
- Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside
- Opportunity to influence architecture, scalability, and long-term product direction
